Gil is a senior level executive who has traveled from coast to coast implementing programs in the areas of Employee and Labor Relations and Human Resources Management to include conflict resolution, positive leadership practices, organization development, and career counseling.  He has held executive positions at  Yamaha Corporation of America, Mitsubishi Corporation of America, Daiwa Corporation, and Smith International, Inc.

Gil holds a BS degree in Management, a MS degree in Business and a Jurist Docor degree from Wesern Stae Universiy, Colleg of Law, Fullerton, California and has served as an adjunct instructor in the Human Resources Certificate programs at Long Beach State University, California and California Polytechnic University, Pomona, which he co-developed. Gil is a certified Executive Coach and Career Counselor.

Upon receiving a Jurist Doctor Degree from Western State University, College of Law, Mr. Honeycutt turned his sights to serving as chief spokesperson in labor contract negotiations and representing organizations in EEOC and DFEH complaints and filings.  Gil serves as an expert witness in the area of employment law as well as a Court appointed Dispute Resolution Mediator for the Superior Court of Orange County, California.

Gil believes volunteers help to create a vibrant and prosperous community and has been an active participant in the volunteer programs for the communities in which he resided, to include the Friends of Arts Education at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center, Cerritos, California, the Advisory Board for the Higley Center for the Performing Arts, and currently as President for the Foundation for  Arts,Culture And Education of the East Valley.  He is a former Chairman and Commissioner for the Human Relations Commission for the Town of Gilbert, AZ.  Gil serves on the Board of Directors for Lefiell Manufacturing, a California corporation, and has served on the boards of several community and professional organizations in Arizona and California.
